KOSOVO: Judges of the Supreme Court of Kosovo (two out of three of whom are from
outside Kosovo) ruled that a Serbian defendant charged with genocide was not
guilty because the Serbian forces intended only to forcibly expel the Kosovars
and not to exterminate a whole people (BBC).
